ペイントが終了したら、ボード全体に木工用ボンドを薄く塗りこみ、スタティックグラスをまいていった。ドライブラシとスタティックグラスだけで、こんなに素晴らしいゲームボードができるなんて、オドロキだろう !?

ディティールを追加しよう。ホビーチームでは、背の低い植物やコケなどを再現するために、岩場の近くにミニチュアの植物を植えていった。最後の仕上げとして、川の水を再現するため、エポキシレジンを流し込んだ（ゲームズワークショップから発売中の「ウォーターエフェクト」でも同じ効果を得られるぞ！）。

このゲームボードは「どくろ峠」を再現するものなので、ゲームボードの両端をブックエンドのようにはさみこむための「岩肌」を作ってみた。これらは何枚ものスタイロフォームを貼り合わせて作ったものだ。強度を上げるため、裏側にはＭＤＦボードが接着されている。
