スタートセット「どくろ峠の戦い」におさめられたミニチュアたちは、それぞれドワーフ・アーミーとゴブリン・アーミーの「スタートアーミー」にうってつけだ。バトルを重ねながら、少しずつ新たなミニチュアをコレクションに加え、多彩なユニットで君のアーミーを増強してゆこう！

ユニットボックスセットのほとんどは、何種類もの装備オプションパーツがセットされている。装備を変えることで、まったく別のユニットを作り出せることもある。例えば、ここで紹介する「ドワーフ　ウォリアー　ユニットボックス」は、ドワーフ・ウォリアーか、レンジャーか、ロングベアードのうち、好きなユニットを作れるぞ。
ドワーフたちは、キャノンにとどまらず、ありとあらゆるウォーマシンを使いこなす。ボックスセットの中には、２種類のウォーマシンから、どちらか１種類を選んで組み立てるものもある。例えば、上で紹介しているオルガン・キャノンは、「ドワーフ　キャノン」に入っているパーツで作れるぞ。

メタルミニチュア

君がウォーハンマーのアーミーに迎えられる兵は、ほとんどがプラミニチュアだ（そして、ゲームズワークショップでは、今後もさらにプラミニチュアのレンジを増やしてゆく予定だ）。しかし、一部のモンスターや、精鋭と呼ぶにふさわしい兵たち、そして特別な力を持つキャラクターたちは、メタルミニチュアとしてゲットできるぞ。

メタルミニチュアは、プラ製のものよりもさらにディティールが造り込まれているから、君のアーミーの中心として、戦場でおおいに引き立つことだろう！
